By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Shipping Coverage

GRABZO currently ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing time may extend up to 5 business days.

GRABZO reserves the right to delay processing in case of product availability issues, verification requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner disruptions

  • Natural events

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect customer information

  • High seasonal demand

GRABZO shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

  • GRABZO reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via:

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking number.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must ensure accurate shipping details at checkout.

GRABZO will not be responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect address

  • Re-delivery charges

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by courier

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, reshipping charges may apply.


7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the customer is unavailable and the parcel is returned to us:

  • Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • No refunds will be issued for shipping charges.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims raised without proper proof may not be eligible for resolution.

GRABZO reserves the right to investigate before approving replacements or refunds.


9. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Customers must ensure availability at delivery.

  • Repeated COD rejections may result in restriction of future COD orders.

  • GRABZO reserves the right to cancel COD orders at its discretion.
